About Us

Roots in Harmony is a sister-owned business, and we specialize in hand-crafting indulgent and nutrient-rich Ayurvedic teas and superfood powders such as Golden Milk Turmeric Latte, Beetroot Cacao Latte and Mushroom Marvel. Each mix focuses on building immunity, supporting healthy digestion and promoting mind-body balance.

Since 2018, we've been crafting all blends in Houston, Texas using natural ingredients, and never add sweeteners, flavors or anything artificial. We source certified organic herbs (sustainably sourced always, and fair-trade when possible), and natural spices and prepare each mix in small batches.

We also partner with Houston-area farmers to source locally grown ingredients when available. Our blends are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and 100% plant-based. Each cup is delicious, and each sip is nourishing.
