Khichri (pronounced kitch-ree) is a timeless Ayurvedic comfort food combining rice, split mung beans, and spices. Rich and flavorsome, khichri is a feast for the senses and a nutritional powerhouse. It’s a complete source of protein, essential amino acids, and dietary fiber, while being low-fat and gluten-free.

Directions: Just rinse the Khichri mix + add 4 cups water and spice pack (included).
For stovetop: cook on low heat for 30-35 min until it softens. For Instant Pot/ Rice Cooker: High pressure for 10 min. Mash with a wooden spoon or immersion blender. Garnish with fresh herbs and savor each bite.
